This incredible territory develops between the Sesto Dolomites and the Ampezzo Dolomites, among the most beautiful and imposing mountains of the Veneto region. These majestic mountain groups, partly protected by the Ampezzo Dolomites Regional Natural Park, can be reached through numerous passes.

Among the most suggestive and hardest are the Giaù Pass, which opens like a magnificent balcony over the basin of Cortina d’Ampezzo, the Tre Croci Pass which descends alongside the imposing Monte Cristallo and the Cimabanche Pass which descends from Dobbiaco. To attract millions of tourists every year we find Cortina d'Ampezzo, the queen of the Dolomites, a popular winter-summer tourist resort, the scene of numerous sporting events of international importance related to mountain sports.
